Looks like Salman Khan is yet again trying to channelise the inner good in himself and hence he has decided to do a good deed. Yes! Bhai has decided to donate Rs 1 lakh each to all the Indian athletes participating at the Rio Olympics. Oh, in fact, it's Rs 1.01 lakhs to be precise!

A lot of people,inlcuding eminent sports personalities had questioned his appointment. And then finally AR Rahman and Sachin Tendulkar too were appointed as goodwill ambassadors.

Bhai took to his social media accounts to make the announcement. He even added that the government has been very supportive of every sportsperson and hence in order to encourage sports in the nation he decided to make his contribution. Here's what he wrote.
While I am sure there will always be die hard Bhai fans who would applaud Salman's every move, it's true that our athletes need much more than just money to succeed. Also considering the amount of contributions other Bollywood celebs keep doing every now and then, Rs 1 lakh seem a tad small!
