Good health and good sex are intrinsically linked. A healthy sex life is part of a healthy lifestyle. When you’re having a loving and exciting intimate relationship with your partner, you feel fulfilled and energised. However, there are times when you may feel too exhausted or stressed to maintain a good sexual relationship. There are many factors that contribute to low sex drive including obesity, poor diet and stress. For normal sexual function we need healthy organs as well as a balanced, working endocrine system producing the necessary hormones.
